- Georgia Office Resumes Operation. Architectural License reinstated in order to resume practice in Atlanta, Georgia.

- Innoproperties, LLC Was Established partnered with Hoimyung USA. Innoproperties LLC will invest into the real estate development projects in US. Innoarc elected as the General Manager for Innoproperties, LLC.
- Innoarc elected as the architect of record for the Source at Beach in Buena Park
2021
- Nevada Office Launched in Las Vegas. Innoarc has expanded its architectural business in Nevada in 2018 and established local branch office in 2021.

- 9033 Wilshire in Beverly Hills Sells to LaSalle for $74M. Innoarc received the design excellence award in for the building design in 2009 by the former architectural firm of Sim & Associate, Inc

Innotrust, LLC established to partner with multi Private Investors. Innotrust LLC will invest into the real estate development projects in US.

Innoarc experienced a period of growth and expansion, resulting in the need for a larger workspace.
The office relocated to a new address at 6988 Beach Blvd, providing an improved environment to better serve clients and accommodate the company's increasing projects.
