Yes — and something most contractors can't offer

We're a licensed general contractor. We're also a licensed architecture firm.

That matters more than it sounds. Most contractors can only build what someone else drew — so when the drawings are incomplete, wrong, or unbuildable, it becomes your change order. Because we have architects in-house, we can catch those gaps before they cost you, finish drawings that aren't done, and keep the whole job under one roof. You get a builder who can also fix the paperwork.

Full general contracting

We run the whole build, end to end.

Preconstruction

Budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling before a shovel moves — so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Site & Structural

Demolition, framing, concrete, and structural work, coordinated so trades hit the site in the right order.

MEP Coordination

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sequenced and managed — the systems where uncoordinated jobs fall apart.

Finishes & Fixtures

The visible work — millwork, flooring, lighting, casework — delivered to the standard your brand needs.

Permits & Inspections

We pull the permits, call the inspections, and pass them — closing out the job clean.

Closeout & Warranty

Punch list, final sign-offs, warranties, and a handover that leaves you ready to operate.

Why it matters who you hire

The cheapest bid usually isn't.

A low number often means missing scope, thin allowances, or drawings the bidder never stress-tested. Here's the difference between a bid that looks cheap and a build that finishes on budget.

The low-bid trap

What a cheap number often hides

  • Scope quietly excluded — permit fees, engineering, ADA, allowances set too low
  • No one checked whether the drawings are actually buildable
  • Gaps surface mid-build as change orders you didn't budget for
  • When drawings and reality conflict, it's your problem to solve — and pay for
  • Delays stack up while corrections get sorted, and you're paying rent the whole time
The InnoArc build

What experience actually buys you

  • A complete number — we tell you what's included and what isn't, up front
  • Constructability checked by our own architects before we price it
  • Fewer change orders, because gaps get caught on paper, not in the field
  • One accountable team — no finger-pointing between designer and builder
  • A schedule we commit to, so you can plan your opening around a real date
“
We came to them with a half-finished set of plans another firm left us. They finished the drawings and built it — one team, no gaps. It just got handled.
